Unibersidad ng Santo Tomas (UST)

The University of Santo Tomas was first called Colegio de Nuestra Señora del Santísimo Rosario and later renamed Colegio de Santo Tomás in memory of Dominican theologian Saint Thomas Aquinas. UST is one of the oldest existing universities and holds the oldest extant university charter in the Philippines and in AsiaIt was originally conceived as a school to prepare young men for the priesthood. Located within Intramuros, the Walled City.

Ateneo Municipal De Manila

Ateneo
Ateneo Municipal de Manila previously called Escuela Pia or Charity School of Manila, founded in 1817. The government placed it in the supervision of Jesuits. The name of the school became Ateneo Municipal and then, Ateneo de Manila.

Jose Rizal: Stories of Love

There were nine women that were recorded to have a relationship with Jose Rizal. Some historians say that there were more than nine women in Rizal's life. The following women are the most familiar to most people:

Where they met: Lipa, Batangas

Reason of Separation: Segunda was already engaged to be married to her townmate, Manuel Luz.
